Balance sheet
The balance sheet shows what assets and liabilities the company has, and how the business is funded.
Provisions
A liability which may occur in the future. Shown in the profit and loss when created, thereafter in the balance sheet until reversed.
Current assets
Those assets which are expected to be used (sold or consumed) within a year (unlike fixed assets) are known as current assets.
Constructive liability
Constructive liabilities arise from expectations created that obligations will be fulfilled.
