Greeks

The greeks are a series of measures of the rate of change (in mathematical terms, the derivative) of the price of a portfolio or a security with another quantity. They are often used for dynamic hedging.

They are: delta, gamma, rho, theta and vega.

All but vega are Greek letters, which are the symbols used to represent them.
