Probable oil reserves

Probable oil reserves are those that are not (yet) proven reserves, but which are likely to be exploitable.

In the UK, the DTI defines these as those reserves which are estimated to have a better than 50% chance of being technically and commercially producible, but companies have can use their own definitions.

As with proven oil reserves, the exact definition may vary from company to company.
